About

Hybrid
Living

Every summer I return to Vlieland to teach beach yoga. A place where life naturally slows down and time is spent outdoors.

The rest of the year, I move between Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. Working remotely, training, exploring and building a life across different places and cultures.

For me, Hybrid Living is about combining different worlds. Endurance and yoga. Adventure and simplicity. Work and freedom. Instead of choosing one path, I'm building a life between places.

Summer Yoga
on Vlieland

Every summer I return to Vlieland to teach yoga by the sea.

A chance to slow down, move, breathe and spend time outdoors with the beach, the dunes and the sea as your backdrop.

Classes take place every morning throughout July and August.

Mornings at
Stortemelk

For two months every summer, I teach yoga as part of the programme at Kampeerterrein Stortemelk.

Nestled between the dunes and the forest, Stortemelk is one of the most iconic places on Vlieland. A place where people come to slow down, spend time outdoors and enjoy the simplicity of island life.

Throughout July and August, campers and visitors can join me for a morning practice to start the day with movement, fresh air and a different pace.

Before the yoga mat, there is the barbell. Endurance and strength are at the core of how I move through life.

Not just in training, but in the discipline, consistency and in the lessons that come from showing up, day after day.

From track sessions to Hyrox-style workouts in the Asian heat, movement is part of everyday life.

Life
in Asia

Most of the year, I live across Southeast Asia. I didn't move here to travel endlessly. I moved here because I enjoy the way life feels.

The days are spent outdoors. Training fits naturally into everyday life. Work can be done from almost anywhere. And there is more space for curiosity, spontaneity and adventure.

Some of my favourite moments are the simplest ones. Morning coffees, conversations with people from different corners of the world and discovering places I'd never planned to find.

For me, it's a way of living that creates freedom without sacrificing routine, purpose or discipline.
